However, it is necessary to remember that the EU law exists, and the requirements concerning safety and hygiene are all based on the HACCP guidelines. That is why they should be taken into consideration, anyway.

Take the Course
This online course consists of a number of training materials. Training material could include supporting pictures, graphs, animation or perhaps extra sounds to help with the learning where appropriate. Some courses are going to include challenges to help learners stay engaged and enthusiastic about the material. Lessons can be taken in any order and each lesson may be paused and resumed at any stage.
The course is self-paced so learners decide exactly how fast or perhaps slow the training goes. There's no deadline for completion but the course does have a test at the end to determine that learners have understood the material. Learners are required to achieve a 75 % pass mark to successfully complete the study course. Once learners have passed the test they're awarded a certificate, which may be downloaded digitally. -
