I. General Terms & Conditions

  1. SEATRAINING CENTER LTD Terms & Conditions are valid when you are making payment for services provided in www.stcacademy.eu
  2. SEATRAINING CENTER LTD may change Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and without advance notice. During the process of buying the rules that are valid at the moment of placing an order for the courses and test are applied.
  3. A client cannot place an order if he did not familiarize himself with SEATRAINING CENTER LTD Terms & Conditions. In all cases it is considered that a client is familiar with the Terms & Conditions and  agrees with them, if before placing an order he confirms his agreement with the Terms & Conditions by choosing „Agree“. In cases when a client only partly agrees or does not agree with the rules or their part he must not place or withdraw his order, otherwise it is considered that a client is familiar, and fully and unconditionally agrees with all Terms & Conditions.
  4. SEATRAINING CENTER LTD is freed from any kind of responsibility in cases when losses and damage are experienced as a result of client’s failure or inability to follow provided recommendations and his responsibilities, to familiarize himself with Terms & Conditions despite conditions created in order to conclude these actions.

II. Conditions and rules for placing an order

  1. In the process of registration a client has to enter data: his name, surname, e-mail, address and additional information that may be important for providing services. SEATRAINING CENTER LTD confirms that any data provided by clients will be used exclusively for delivery of services without violation of requirements for personal data security set in United Kingdom legal acts.
  2. A client can choose service while browsing SEATRAINING CENTER LTD website and on the basis of this choice the basket of services is formed.
  3. A client has to choose payment form available at SEATRAINING CENTER LTD.  
  4. A client cannot confirm his order until the moment he marks that he is familiar and agrees with SEATRAINING CENTER LTD Terms & Conditions. 
  5. After a client confirms his order it is sent to SEATRAINING CENTER LTD. An order is considered as placed from the moment it is received by SEATRAINING CENTER LTD. Also it is considered that an agreement between a client and SEATRAINING CENTER LTD is concluded.   6. After a client places his order SEATRAINING CENTER LTD  system automatically generates and sends him an e-mail where data concerning ordered services and a client is provided.
  7. An order placed by a client is stored in SEATRAINING CENTER LTD database according to requirements and terms set in legal acts of United Kingdom
  8. In all cases it is considered that a client is familiar and unconditionally agrees with SEATRAINING CENTER LTD Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

III. Guarantees and pricing

  2. Prices are set in Euros.
  3. A client pays for ordered services at SEATRAINING CENTER LTD web-site by Visa/Mastercard card.
  4. SEATRAINING CENTER LTD sells services according to conditions set in the order. In case when delivered services mismatch  certain conditions of the order, a client agrees to immediately inform SEATRAINING CENTER LTD by email and SEATRAINING CENTER LTD  undertakes all needed activities to eliminate problems if they arose on behalf of SEATRAINING CENTER LTD or third parties that represent it.
  5. SEATRAINING CENTER LTD is liable of delivering services of appropriate quality and according to the conditions set in the order.

IV. Refund policy and Cancellation policy

  1. Money for paid services can’t be returned and non-refundable.
  2. In order to make a claim for service not delivered an e-mail request should be sent to: info@stcacademy.eu.

Every case is carried out individually.

  1. A client has no right to cancel this agreement from the moment when services according to an agreement (an order) are delivered to a client.

V. Delivery of services

  1. SEATRAINING CENTER LTD  delivers services immediately after purchase.
  2. SEATRAINING CENTER LTD is freed from responsibility in all cases when terms of delivery of services are violated due to client’s fault or circumstances dependent on him.
  3. A client must immediately contact SEATRAINING CENTER LTD  by e-mail if a service is not delivered.

VI. Other guidelines

  1. All communications with SEATRAINING CENTER LTD must be carried out by e-mail: info@stcacademy.eu
  2. An agreement is concluded and executed in English. Communication between a client and info@stcacademy.eu is carried out in English.
  3. Any dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of this agreement is resolved by negotiation. If the parties can not agree within 1 (one) month, the dispute will be settled by the court of the United Kingdom

VII. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

  1. Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom England and Wales.
